 The Silver Plan: $299.00 for a full month of Unlimited e-mail questions plus up to 1 1/2 hours (90 minutes) of telephone support or 4D programming assistance.

 The Gold Plan: $449 for a full month of Unlimited e-mail questions plus up to three hours of telephone support or 4D programming assistance.

 Emergency Troubleshooting - Remote:  An economical way to get help with a 4D emergency. Walt remotely monitors your site or looks at your code, and helps you troubleshoot problems. To get started, you can upload your 4D structure and sample data to our FTP site; or, if you need on-line, real-time assistance, you can connect with Walt via a real-time Web Conference.
Charges are by the hour, with a discount if you order this service via the Web.

 Emergency Troubleshooting - On Site:  If you need on-site assistance, Walt can travel to your location. Visits are typically from two days to seven days, and charges are by the hour, with a discount if you order this service via the Web.

• Walt responds promptly -- usually within one business day -- with professional advice that is based on experience and knowledge gained as a 4D developer, consultant, and trainer since 1987, including four years in management positions at at 4D Inc.
